Responsible for the greeting, registering and servicing of all guests in a warm, friendly, courteous and efficient manner. To maintain all guest ledger accounts on a current basis. To provide change and other miscellaneous services for guests staying or using the hotel's facilities and check out departing guests. Ensure that the operation of the Front Desk including room status and key control is accurately maintained at all times.
Prefer Graduates from Hotel Training School
Minimum 1 year's relevant experiences in the hotel industry
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
Good communication skill in English, Chinese, and Malay.
