Job Responsibilities :-
To assist Food & Beverage Manager in managing and controlling for the day to day operational efficiency of the restaurant and banquet operations
To organize and service all activities within the operation with regards to food & beverage as well as equipment arrangement
To anticipate, maintain and improve personal contacts with hotel guests in order to up sell and generate more revenue
To ensure highest standards in service of all food & beverage products, making sure that orders are handled as quickly as possible with minimum delay
To assist in training of the F & B Associates ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.
Job Requirements :-
Possess at least professional Certificate/Diploma in hospitality studies or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Able to work shift, weekends and Public Holiday
Able to write and communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Must be confident, matured and presentable
Pleasant personality and customer focused Good customer service and interpersonal skill
